Association for Women In Science Educational Foundation
[AWIS Educational Foundation] The AWIS Educational Foundation offers graduate and undergraduate awards in the amount of $1,000. Awards are given to female students enrolled in a behavioral, life, physical, or social science or engineering program leading to a Ph.D. degree, and female high school seniors and plan to study science in the next academic year.
AT&T Undergraduate Research Program
[AT&T] A 10-week summer program in which participating students work with experienced research scientists and engineers on projects designed to advance the state of the art in the technology. Those eligible to apply include: women or a member of a minority group underrepresented in the sciences.
