[SRI International] The BioCyc Knowledge Library is the new name for EcoCyc and MetaCyc. It is a collection of Pathway/Genome Databases. Each database in the BioCyc collection describes the genome and metabolic pathways of a single organism, with the exception of the MetaCyc database, which is a reference source on metabolic pathways from many organisms.

[Stanford Univ.] A searchable database of the molecular biology and genetics of baker’s yeast.
HIV Molecular Immunology Database
[Los Alamos National Lab] This database contains the epitope alignments, maps, and the reference information for the cytotoxic and helper T-cell epitopes and antibody binding sites in HIV-1 immunologically reactive sites, along with reviews pertaining to HIV Immunology.
ICTVdB: Universal Virus Database
[Cornelia Büchen-Osmond] A database working to describe all viruses of animals (vertebrates, invertebrates, protozoa), plants (higher plants and algae), bacteria, fungi, and archaea from the family level down to strains and isolates.
List of Bacterial Names with Standing in Nomenclature (LBSN)
[Ecole Nationale Veterinaire de Toulouse (The National Veterinary School of Toulouse)] An alphabetically and chronologically searchable database of the valid nomenclature of bacteria. It also includes the nomenclature changes as cited in the Approved Lists of Bacterial Names, published, or validated in the International Journal of Systematic Bacteriology.

NRSub: Non-Redundant B. subtilis database
[Pole Bio-Informatique Lyonnais] A database of sequences and information on the completed Bacillus subtilis genome.
[Proteome, Inc.] This site allows access to proteome databases for yeast (YPD), S. pombe (PombePD), and C. elegans (WormPD). These databases contain genomic sequences, functional genomic, and other comprehensive organism information.
[Institut Pasteur] Database of DNA sequences, gene functions, and proteins from Bacillus subtilis.
[Dallwitz, Paine and Zurcher] This site contains information on most species of virus known to infect plants. Includes data on physical, chemical, and genomic properities; host range; transmission and control; geographical deisribution; taxonomy and relationships; and selected literature references.
WormBase (Caenorhabditis elegans)
